Controls whether callers are asked for ZIP once and then reused across fallback targets. This does not change Ringba target priority.
Master ZIP Reuse: ON
ZIP Reuse Expiry: 15 minutes
Master switch is the main power. Network switches only work when Master ZIP Reuse is ON.
Target order is still controlled by Ringba Routing Plan. This panel does not decide Target 1, Target 2, or Target 3.
| Ringba Target Order | ZIP Reuse Setting | Behavior |
|---|---|---|
| eLocal first | eLocal ON | eLocal can ask/save/reuse ZIP. |
| Service Direct first | Service Direct ON | Service Direct can ask/save/reuse ZIP. |
| eLocal later | eLocal ON | eLocal can reuse ZIP saved earlier by Service Direct. |
| Ringbax in between | Not applicable | Ringbax is untouched because it does not use this Twilio ZIP IVR. |
| Saleo later | Saleo ON/OFF | If ON, Saleo reuses ZIP. If OFF, Saleo asks ZIP normally. |
These ZIPs are currently available for reuse. Expired sessions are ignored by the routing code.
